I think the answer is No. I don't think we should look at the people straight in the eyes throughout the whole conversation, because we can be hypnotized or whatever!! But if we can't look at the eyes of one person you or us may be considered a Special child (special child can't look eye to eye during a conversation) it is also a sign of insecurity
