Yeah. It happens with me.

In fact, low self-esteem leads to anger.

One often becomes angry to cover up one's weaknesses. I shout, grumble and get annoyed at people because I'm insecure about myself.

A person who is self-reliant, is usually confident loves himself/herself and seldom gets angry at people.

Anger stems from fear: fear of failure, fear of being ridiculed, fear of losing position to someone else. To manage anger, we must first get rid of fear(s).

Yes, it is possible to have low self-esteem and anger management problems. Individuals with low self-esteem may struggle to assert themselves or communicate effectively, leading to frustration and anger. These individuals may also internalize their negative feelings, which can manifest as anger towards themselves or others. Therapy can help address and manage both issues.
