Fetishism is a behavior; it isn't inherited. A person who has a fetish is sexually aroused by certain items, behaviors, or thoughts and has trouble becoming sexually aroused without that item. This is different from just thinking that naked people are sexy, or that a certain person is sexy. People who have a fetish are fixated on that one item or behavior. Someone with a sneezing fetish - and that's an unusual one - would find people sneezing to be very erotic, and would not really enjoy sex unless there is sneezing. Most people have a fetish that involves someone wearing a particular item of clothes, like rubber or high heeled shoes or certain outfits - this often causes problems if their partner does not like wearing those things every time they have sex. It is possible that you could learn to find a fetish exciting if everyone around you finds that thing erotic, but that would still not be hereditary.
There is currently no scientific evidence to suggest that sneezing fetishism is hereditary. Fetishism typically arises from a combination of genetic, environmental, and psychological factors unique to each individual.
Fetishism involving women's underwear is not directly linked to narcissism. While some individuals with narcissistic tendencies may exhibit such a fetish, it is not a defining characteristic of narcissism itself. Fetishism is a separate and individualized aspect of a person's sexuality and preferences.
Tyrophilia is the term used to describe an obsession or love for cheese. It is a specific form of food fetishism.
A behavior geneticist would be most interested in studying hereditary influences on behavior traits such as intelligence, personality, mental health disorders, and addiction. They investigate how genetic factors interact with environmental influences to shape these behaviors.
DNA carries the genetic information that is passed down from parents to offspring, determining traits and characteristics inherited from each parent. Genetic variations in DNA contribute to the diversity of traits observed in individuals within a species. Mutations in DNA can also lead to new hereditary traits or genetic disorders.
A behavior geneticist studying hereditary influences on behavior and personality traits is known as Behavioral Genetics. This field explores the role of genetics in shaping individual differences in behaviors and traits. Research in this area often involves comparing the similarities between individuals with different levels of genetic relatedness to understand the genetic contributions to various behaviors.
A Case of Orthopedic Fetishism was created in 1991.

I'd be surprised if there was any way of telling whether foot and footwear fetishism is hereditary or acquired. By the time it emerges, an individual has had some years at least of nurture, of experience, of influence. It may be some consolation to know that in various forms these fetishes seem to be quite common. When, in the 1960s, what already then were called 'kinky boots' (for women) came on to the market they were immensely popular. Also bear in mind that it's all harmless (unless it develops into an all-consuming obsession). Joncey There's a fairly long article on 'Sexual Fetishism' in Wikipedia. See the second link below.
