DEFINITELY! I'm going through some anger issues myself at the present time over some old relationship issues; and let me tell ya, being 'nice' and not expressing my anger toward these people that deserve it. I'm finding myself suffering both depression AND anxiety from not expressing this. Supressing anger is not healthy in that it makes you feel powerless and in not acknowledging it is essentially not acknowledging your right as a human being to feel and express anger productively when it must be. My thoughts: express it to whomever you feel you need to make yourself feel 'whole' again. Anger at times is a part of who we are... sometimes not a pleasant feeling, particularly if we're not used to acknowledging it; but to not acknowledge it is to deny a part of yourself. Give yourself the right to feel angry and express it. Comes down to acknowledging, accepting and loving all parts of you.

Hello, Separation anxiety is a very serious matter. Separation anxiety has little to do with training or discipline. The behaviors are a result of the severe panic your dog feels when you're not there. If left untreated, it causes damage to your house and belongings and serious psychological suffering for your dog. For situations that warrant desensitization treatment, it is strongly recommended that you consult a professional. Is there a link between anxiety and asthma?

Oh yes, very much! I actually have asthma from anxiety and stress. It is fairly common too. The reason I obtained asthma was from when my grandfather died when I was about 12. Then for about a week I went through counseling with no success. I went to the doctor and they automatically knew I had asthma because of the stress and anxiety. They gave me an inhaler and I was fine and haven't had an asthma attack in 7 years.
