What are the factors that encourage sexual behaviour?

The factor of being offered a challenge. Peer pressure. The saving of another's life. In inability to control the desire to put yourself at risk. If a thing can be done then you must do it. You being the center of attention. Going into action before giving it thought. A natural instinct to do that which has to be done. Doing something without thought for your own safety. The challenge is there. Hope this is enough for you, just remember the old saying to "Look before you leap" Regards

Which was the most embarrassing moment of your life?

I farted so Freaking loud in math class! I am so embarrassed!***In school I was picking up a pencil (the owner was the guy I liked) and I bent over and farted in his face! I was so freaking embarrassed! My other most embarrassing moment was when a guy was about to admit that he liked me and I yelled *WHAT* so loud that I almost cried.***My most embarrassing moment was when I was 10 and sliding down a water slide on my stomach. I had on a strapless swimsuit, and i was growing faster then normal, so when i got to the bottom and got up, i realized my top was down and my breasts were showing. TALK ABOUT HORRIBLE!***I had an embarrassing moment that was similar to the one above ^. It was when I was 14 and I was at a water park with my friend, her brothers (older) and their guy friends. I went down this one slide that was super fast and almost straight down, and I was wearing a bikini. When I got to the bottom, I stood up so that the person on the top of the slide could go only to realize that the bottom of my bikini had jammed itself up my ass and my cheeks were showing, and also my bikini top had ridden all the way up to my neck with my boobs showing! The girls were laughing at me but the boys looked embarrassed! I was absolutely mortified!Another embarrassing moment of mine was when I was playing leap frog with my friends in grade six. I was trying to impress this boy that I liked and so I tried to leap over my friend as high as I could go. So I got my friend to almost stand up, and I leap right over her! But then I landed on the ground on my feet in goose poo and I slipped and skidded down the field and had a huge strip of goose poo all over my favorite sweater! Also another time I was sick, and it was the point of my sickness when I get runny noses, I was talking to my crush, when he said something funny, and I laughed and this huge snot bubble burst out of my nose, and all over my face! I was so embarrassed! I ran to the bathroom immediately! I was sure he noticed though because he was staring at me really strangely for the rest of the day.

If you choked your girlfriend once when she tried to leave and she has since left you could you reconcile if you continue with therapy and anger management and respect her and have no contact?

It appears you are making a real effort to help yourself, and I know women can really get a guy down, but choking is simply out of the question and it is abuse. It's terrifying to say the least for the woman. I think you would have to contact your ex girlfriend and ask her the question you put on this board. Only she can answer it. If she agrees take it slow and easy and never lie to yourself ... if you don't feel you are over your rage and anger, please do these young ladies a favor and not date until you have your life more in control. The fact you are doing something about it is a great leap of faith on your part. I'm proud of you! So, phone up that girlfriend, and I would also suggest you take her to meet the counselor you are seeing so she knows you are telling the truth. She won't trust you for a very long time, so don't expect things to be as they were before for awhile. If you should date take her to public places, go out with your friends and don't expect her to come back to her place or even to be left alone with her until you have built up her trust. Marcy
