the brain
Personality and the development of personality are functions of the brain. The brain processes experiences, emotions, and memories to shape an individual's unique traits and characteristics. Additionally, genetics and environmental factors play a role in shaping personality.

According to Carl Jung, the functions of the ego are thinking, feeling, sensation, and intuition. These functions help individuals interact with the world and make decisions based on their perceptions and experiences. Jung believed that individuals have a dominant function that influences their personality and behavior.
An accidental electric shock is unlikely to directly change your personality. However, the experience of the shock and any resulting physical or psychological trauma could impact your mental state or behavior temporarily. It's important to seek medical attention if you experience an electric shock to ensure there are no underlying health issues.
The liver was believed by Elizabethans to be the organ responsible for emotions such as anger and jealousy. It was thought to be the seat of these emotions, influencing a person's temperament and behavior. This belief was part of the ancient theory of the four humors, which linked bodily fluids to personality traits and emotions.
Prenatal development occurs in three main stages: the germinal stage (first two weeks after conception), the embryonic stage (weeks 3-8), and the fetal stage (weeks 9-birth). During these stages, the fertilized egg undergoes cell division, differentiation, and organ formation, leading to the development of a fetus.
During the bell stage of tooth development, the dental lamina differentiates into enamel organ and dental papilla. The enamel organ forms different cell layers including outer enamel epithelium, stellate reticulum, stratum intermedium, and inner enamel epithelium. The dental papilla gives rise to dentin and pulp tissue.
The process of being extremely ill and incapacitated, relying on the generosity of another family and knowing that you get to live because another person died can have deep impacts on your personality. The organ itself doesn't cause this - the experience and process of having a heart transplant does. However, some people will attribute a personality change to the organ and try to match personality traits of the donor to the changes in the recipient.

my opinion on this is that nobody knows what someone's true personality is like, because humans only use about 15% of their brains. how can anybody explore their complete personality fully when it's being changed every day, every second. the brain is an amazing organ, so complex that we cant fully know how our own works. so, no it's not possible. its like reading a file with infinite megabytes of information constantly being downloaded.
The obvious asnwer here is the liver, medicaly it's probably worst off, but with the addiction and drastic personality change the brain may never be able to opperate the same again. people who were nice for years, even after they have been clean for a year can still show drastic personality changes.
An organ is a group of tissue that works together to perform similar functions.
Simply, without segmentation, organisms would lack means of movement, complex structure, advanced functions, and organ protection.

which organ system regulates body functions by means of electrochemical impulses
yes it does it is proven too. anything does everyday life . I think we have to take some extra care for our body specially heart
the stomach is a organ which prefroms its digestive functions
It's a case of removing an organ that no longer funcions and replacing it with a similar organ that (hopefully) does function (either 'functions correctly' or at least 'functions better than the previous organ'). Obviously with a lot of post-transplant medication afterwards.
