If you are asking for the meaning, it's a person who's potential was realized with out the help, motivation, resources or support of anyone else. A self actualized person has become all that they had ever wished for, without the help or money of parents, government, friends or spouse. They are independent, intelligent and self reliant doing everything that they are capable and willing to do.

The most important need for organizational performance is self actualization. Self-actualization according to Maslow is "intrinsic growth of what is already in the organism, or more accurately of what is the organism itself...self-actualization is growth-motivated rather than deficiency-motivated. As this need satisfy the organization important needs like creativity, morality, spontaneity, problem solving person, lack of prejudice, and acceptance of facts. Creativity will bonify the organization by generating new ideas and tactics to help the organization in launching new products and services. Employee this need will increase the organization market share or annual profits. If the employee is a problem solving person then most of the issues of organization are solved at lower level instead of confronting the top management. this will save the valuable time of organization. If the organization’s evaluation is against the prejudice or no favoritism and the evaluation is performance based or merit based then it will obviously increase the productivity level of each employee. Employee with realistic goals will help in organization’s improvement or achieving long term goals. a spontaneous person may be helpful in representing the organization. He will be very beneficial in getting new contracts. His presentation ability will enable the organization in getting new contracts. These are the ways through which an employee need will improve the organization performance.

What is the theory of The Pathology of Normalcy?

It is the belief that the self, is a correct state of being. When a self moves past this stage, into "self actualization" it realizes "we have a problem Houston!" And that whole self, sees its dilemna, no longer able to hide from it due to "fragmentation avoidance." Normalcy is the collected level agreed on by societal member, as to how much fragmentation of self, is acceptable, in order to avoid the truth, that the self actualized self can see. We call this "society." Also, when a self, fragments beyond the level most people can hide from the truth with, we call that "a state of disorder, or illness." And those who are normal, pity the mentally ill, hoping one day they can return to the normal state of fragmentation. To the self actualized, this is quite hypocritical, if they are advanced enough in their path. To the transcended (beyond self) they believe those mentally ill selves realize that their is a problem, because they are not accepted by the fragmentation norm (society) and believe those ill people are more open to the truth, than the self righteous. Which is why you find a man (yes, a man) like Jesus commiserating with "sinners" (ill people) while chastising the norm (accepted avoidant fragmentors)
