Well, I remember his Father, at the trial, that he abused and killed animals as a child. If that is true, I think that trait is common among people who wind up being murderous later. Now I`m far from an expert. Maybe someone can elaborate.Actually he never abused or killed ANY animal. he disected road kill, animals that were already dead.In fact, he got angry at a guy he was hanging out with because he was hitting dogs with his car,on purpose. As far a psychological theories, there are MANY. He was evaluated by several psychiatrists and they all had many theories. Some the same, some different. One diagnosis that was universally agreed upon however was that of necrophilia, defined as 'a paraphilia not otherwise specified' in the DSM 3R, the handbook used as a guide by all psychiatrists and psychologists, (colloquially referred to among them as 'the cookbook'). There have been numerous reports written by psychiatrists discussing their theories about Jeffrey Dahmer's psychological state.

Power in the middle ages was used and abused the same as it is today - the rich and powerful do as they want, and the lesser people get trampled on.
The Senate has not abused it power to review treaties and confirm nominations. This power was granted in the Constitution.
The House of Representitives was formed. And still government power was abused.
Pluralist theories of power argue that power is dispersed among various groups and individuals in society, rather than being concentrated in the hands of a small elite group. Pluralist theorists believe that power is distributed across different stakeholders, interest groups, and institutions, leading to a more decentralized and democratic distribution of power. They emphasize the role of competition and negotiation among these diverse actors in shaping public policy and decision-making processes.
