"Dumbness" is synonymous with ignorance and stupidity. Ignorance is the condition of not knowing something. It's natural. No one knows everything. Stupidity however is a choice to not know.

Who invented dumbness?

Dumbness was not invented, it occurs naturally.

Is being dumb bad?

It depends on what is meant by the word dumb and whether the person can help it. Dumbness can refer to a lack of an ability to speak. While that is inconvenient, there are other ways to communicate, and that has no bearing on IQ. Dumbness can refer to what is commonly called stupidity. That can be inborn, and thus, if someone is born with a lower IQ, we should never hold that against them. If a person chooses to act in a manner people usually regard as stupid, then that is not good. It should not be confused with ignorance unless the ignorance is voluntary. We all start out ignorant and then we learn. But there are people who know they don't have all the facts on a matter and still choose to believe what they do. Dumbness can also refer to acts that are embarrassing or "ditsy." Everyone does such things, and we all have our moments. While we can't really say they are good, they are a part of the human experience.

Do results affect causes?
