If you are "getting into trouble" it is likely due to your behavior; you must be doing something to land yourself there.
The simple answer is to stop it.
Once you have accomplished that though, it does not make the consequences go away. There is still the fact of whatever it was you did in the first place.
Now, be an adult (which is difficult even for most adults) and accept your responsibility. Take accountability for what you did wrong. Accept the consequences. And, learn your lesson.
It never hurts to sincerely apologize either. Just, if you say it, mean it.
Then, do your level best not to repeat what you did.
Children may laugh after getting in trouble as a way of diffusing tension or anxiety. Laughter can act as a coping mechanism in stressful situations, helping children to release nervous energy or discomfort. It may also be a response to feeling embarrassed or unsure of how to react.

FOLLOW THE RULES!That is all there is to not getting in trouble in class, the workplace, anywhere. If you still get in trouble, your teachers are picking on you and need to be reported. Before you do this, MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE that you are following ALL the rules. Here are some specific things you can do:Know the rules for your classroom -- if you're not sure if something is OK to do, ask the teacher firstBe mature -- don't act out just to get a laugh or be silly, even if other people are doing it firstListen to your conscience -- you know when you're doing something wrong! -- and do the right thing instead of the wrong oneSit up front -- there's a reason all of the "nerds" sit there, and it's not just to get better grades -- you get into less trouble if you're right under the teacher's nose!Move -- if someone near you is getting you into trouble, explain things to the teacher after class and ask to move to a different seat (see above)Talk to the teacher -- explain that you want to stop getting into trouble and ask for help
