This is very good for you. It is a type of meditation that allows your inner self to come to the surface and penetrate your inner self. This is your consciousness trying to awaken you, let it happen and in fact, become totally immersed in it, crying until it is so extreme that you are literally drooling. It is very important to not try and suppress any of the emotions, let them be felt completely. Then, as it cools down to a fainter cry, try to feel the underlying joy that is your true nature as it tries to break free of the bonds and walls you have built around it, and it will come to the surface. This will be experienced as belly laughing and will create the balance missing from your existence. I always seem to end with laughter, followed by an inner peace that words can't describe.
This is your existence trying to bring you into the light of birth and death, you need not fear it, nor run from it, just experience it. Allow this teaching to be learned and you will benefit from it in more ways than you ever thought possible. This is life trying to awaken you, don't try and stay asleep. Allow the waking consciousness to live through you as it is intended to do, and is trying to do.
I use this as my main method of meditation and soul purification and cleansing. Nothing will bring you closer to your true self than this intimate practice of allowing yourself to feel both the joy of living and the pain of dying at the same time. From this practice you will find your true existence, your true self, and you will also be left with an eternal sense of inner peace if you can allow yourself to let this meditation awaken you fully.
The key is to feel the emotion as deeply as it needs to be felt without judging it, without applying any thought to it, or trying to limit the expression in any way. Just let your being feel what you need to feel, totally. If you allow yourself to let the waking consciousness work within you, many of the things you do not understand will become clear, many problems will disappear, many joys will arise, and inner peace will become your way of life.
It could indicate complex emotions and a build-up of stress. Laughing can be a response to tension, crying may release pent-up emotions, and cussing/arguing might be a way to express frustration. It's important to identify the triggers and seek support to address underlying issues.
Feeling sad and mad at the same time is possible because they are different emotions that can coexist. You might feel sad about a situation or event, while also feeling anger towards the circumstances that led to it. These mixed emotions are a normal part of the human experience.

Feeling like crying every time you look in the mirror may be a sign of low self-esteem, body image issues, or underlying emotional distress. It could also indicate unresolved emotions or past experiences that are affecting your self-perception. Seeking support from a therapist or counselor can help you explore these feelings and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
