One of the chief ways propaganda was used was through the use of pre-movie "war updates". Anytime a person went to the movies, they saw a brief clip of how the war effort was going in Europe and in Asia and encouraged them to "do their part." 5 colonists were killed. Many say that it was the soldiers fault for firing into the crowds, when really the colonists dared them to shoot and they threw harmful objects at the soldiers. This created more tension between Britain bitches and the American colonies. Also, it created more revolts and protests. This is when Paul Revere started the Propaganda against the British.
The front page of the Maryland gazette was used as a propaganda tool to show that unarmed men were being shot at and killed by soldiers. This was done to anger the colonists and start a battle against the British.

The shot and killed all of the colonists
They killed a lot of the British people, but they lost the hill, but the colonists didn't care, because they killed A LOT of British people. It was saying that the colonists were tough and weren't going to take what the British were dishing out. They also were not sure if they could win the war and this convinced them they could.
Some colonists were throwing snowballs with sticks in them at the soldiers. One of the soldiers slipped and accidentally fired his gun. In confusion the other soldiers began to shoot at the colonists and killed 5 and injured 6.
It was a British victory although more British were killed than colonists, so I guess it accomplished killing more British than colonists.
