Why are there bullies in this world?
Well most people are nice, friendly and happy to do things for you. But bullies are quite the opposite.They are either jealous of you, not had a good life themselves or think you will be easier to pick on because your smaller than them or skinnier. The last thing you do is cry which would show them that you are hurt by their words, stand up to them and tell someone.

Why can child bullies grow into adult bullies?
Child bullies grow into adult bullies because nobody stopped them when they were younger and told them it was wrong. They often start as children who may have been exposed to a violent childhood (e.g., being abused as a kid or watching their parents abuse each other). They then think this is the norm and right so they grow up thinking they should beat up their girlfriends/boyfriends. Because nobody stands up to them, they go though life thinking their behavior is normal. They learn that intimidation works and that it gives them what they want.

Anyone, from 8 to 80, can be nettled, ridiculed, or bullied. Bullies pick on anyone smaller, weaker, or different from them. Stand up for yourself confidently, and get help from others if you need it. Bullying should never be ignored or condoned. Bullies are the kids, and need to grow up.
What happens to bullies later in life?
I think that most bullies will eventually arrive in jail. or at least try to become a better person. Realistically, they will either encounter someone they are unable to bully and take a beating or they may mature and realise the error of their ways.
