Bottom up- a man feels a something crawling on his arm and, without seeing it, freaks out .
Top down- a man sees a spider and stomps on it because of his past experiences with Spiders.
Bottom up deals more with assumptions and creating a circumstance due to expectancy while Top down, on the other hand, is more of a thought out process due to knowledge. The man in the bottom up example expected that a spider would be the cause of the sensation on his arm and so reacted. The man in the top down example reacted because, based upon fact not expectancy, he knew a spider was nearby.
The main charcteristics of top down projects are:Large scaleExpensiveGovernment of large organistion fundedMulti purpose (targeting social and economic issues)On the other hand bottom up projects are usuallySmal scaleCheaperFunded by NGOs (non government organisations)Worked closely with local people to identify their needsUse appropriate or intermediate technology

The terminal button is typically located at the top or bottom of the terminal window depending on the software you are using. It is often labeled with the word "Terminal" or an icon representing a command line interface.
Concept, or category hierarchies are ways that humans organize ideas or perceptions into a compartmentalized web for easier access in thinking. For example, when people imagine a Labrador retriever, they are actually going through a process of tracing a category hierarchy. They start with animals, then move down to domesticated animals (because Labradors are not wild animals), and then they distinguish between cats and farm animals, and arrive at the dogs category. And with each concept or category, we have a mental image or typical example associated with the concept; this typical example is known as a prototype. When someone mentions a bird, people typically refer to their "bird prototype," which, in most cases, is a robin-like bird, and not an ostrich, emu, or penguin.
I farted so Freaking loud in math class! I am so embarrassed!***In school I was picking up a pencil (the owner was the guy I liked) and I bent over and farted in his face! I was so freaking embarrassed! My other most embarrassing moment was when a guy was about to admit that he liked me and I yelled *WHAT* so loud that I almost cried.***My most embarrassing moment was when I was 10 and sliding down a water slide on my stomach. I had on a strapless swimsuit, and i was growing faster then normal, so when i got to the bottom and got up, i realized my top was down and my breasts were showing. TALK ABOUT HORRIBLE!***I had an embarrassing moment that was similar to the one above ^. It was when I was 14 and I was at a water park with my friend, her brothers (older) and their guy friends. I went down this one slide that was super fast and almost straight down, and I was wearing a bikini. When I got to the bottom, I stood up so that the person on the top of the slide could go only to realize that the bottom of my bikini had jammed itself up my ass and my cheeks were showing, and also my bikini top had ridden all the way up to my neck with my boobs showing! The girls were laughing at me but the boys looked embarrassed! I was absolutely mortified!Another embarrassing moment of mine was when I was playing leap frog with my friends in grade six. I was trying to impress this boy that I liked and so I tried to leap over my friend as high as I could go. So I got my friend to almost stand up, and I leap right over her! But then I landed on the ground on my feet in goose poo and I slipped and skidded down the field and had a huge strip of goose poo all over my favorite sweater! Also another time I was sick, and it was the point of my sickness when I get runny noses, I was talking to my crush, when he said something funny, and I laughed and this huge snot bubble burst out of my nose, and all over my face! I was so embarrassed! I ran to the bathroom immediately! I was sure he noticed though because he was staring at me really strangely for the rest of the day.
