What you do is you take a piece of paper and about 1.5'' in from the left-side red margin, draw a vertical line. To the left of the line is where you write keywords like "cell division" or "integration" or "The Aztecs". to the right of where you write this is where you write your notes on the keyword. you now have a visible division of keywords and ideas that is great for studying as you can find the keywords easily.
