The relationship between smoking and psychology is that smoking becomes both a dependency on nicotine and it's a physical habit as well. Your body get in the habit of lighting, holding, putting the cigarette to the mouth and down again, putting out the cigarette. I smoked for ten years and know this is true. It is psychological as well. You can quit, it's a matter of you thinking positive and wanting to quit.
