A positive environment. Around positive people with active daily lives. Structure is also good to keep in mind. When you have clutter around you, the mind tends to get cluttered also. Smile and the world will smile back is so true. Having a positive attitude even when your having a bad day is more effective than having your bad day ruin someone else's day
