I submit: A person is "annoying" when they confidently/aggressively/cloyingly espouse OPINIONS and/or ACTIONS that are sufficiently divergent from YOUR preconceived OPINIONS and/or ACTIONS. I do that a lot ... therefore, I AM AN ANNOYANCE TO MOST PEA-BRAINED (I'm surrounded ;-) MORONS !
