you should say to him if you are aloud girl friends why shouldn't i be aloud to have guy friends and make him feel guilty about.
the only other reason i can think of is he wants you all him to himself because he loves you and is scared someone elese will take you away from him, ask him how he feels about you, but don't say it like that :L
