Personalities develop early and are shaped by external and internal environment. How one is treated, what kind of environment he or she is brought up in, and the genes one inherits, has a lot to do with the personality that develops. Family, genes and environement are the three focal roles that shape a personality; alhough some experts feel that one's environment is the most important. By studying personality types, one can find out if he or she is an extrovert, an introvert, phobic, narcisstic and so forth.
