If you are so frightened of things that it is effecting you life and stopping you doing normal things that other people take for granted then you need to speak to a doctor or counsellor. They WILL be able to help you.

i am too i was having a panic attack just because i was going to the cinema and going to a shopping centre whats wrong with me I'm sure this is not healthy, i don't even want to go to get some bread from the shop at the top of my street help?
