Pyschotherapy is not a results based process, in that ,what is found is often contrary to what is sought at the outset. I would liken it more to the process of stripping paint, if you want a good surface to work on you got to do some of the ground work. In a sense pyshotherapy is about undoing the defacement so that life can do its work. The ideal then is to not have any results and no attachment to them. kind regards, kevin c.
