To keep us alive.If we didn't east food we would be dead!We need food for our energy source- if we didn't have it we would die of starvation and die of not being able to do normal daily functions. Also we would get extremely sick :(
1. Unrefined or minimally refined carbohydrates. (ex: brown rice, whole wheat bread etc) 2. Protein. ( Lean meats like Turkey, Chicken. Also Fish & Beans.) 3. Fruits. Contain essential vitamins like Calcium and power you with natural sugars. 5. Leafy vegetables. These are high in iron especially Chard & Spinach. Sea greens are very good for the skin. 6. Water. Stay away from high sugar fruit juices or" low calorie" juices sweetened with sugars under the monikers : Fructose (combined with anything, including crystalline), glucose & and HFCS.
