I have respect for Chamorros, as they have respect for me as well. On the other hand, when I would be on Guam and Saipan, I would run into trouble with Chuukeese, I talked to some locals who are chamorro, and they say that they're the 'ghetto'. I agreed to their response because the way they act and treated me was selfish. Anyways, To answer your question, I would say the other Micronesians follow footsteps of their older generations, so they won't be judged in their own society. So therefore, they're rude, selfish, ignorant, and closed-minded to others opinion or action.
