Honestly I hate answering machines. I hate to sit on the phone and press 1.2.3...ect. for who ever I am trying to talk to and then I get put on hold. I understand that businesses are busy but they should have enough people to cover the volume. When the phone is answered the person should be upbeat and willing to do anything to help you. Great customer service is what makes people come back even over the phone.
