Also, sometimes if you're feeling bad about yourself and think you're unlucky or think negative, then you'll actually have a bad day, vise versa, if you have a positive attitude on that day and feel confident, then you'll most likely have a good day.

∙ 7y agoGood and bad days are caused by a combination of unpredictable events and how they fit into your agenda and feelings for the day. Everyday we make choices, small and large. Even when we believe we know what the outcome will be, we don't. There is the law of unintended consequences, for instance. It states that, "actions of people—and especially of government—always have effects that are unanticipated or unintended. You have to take what you are handed at that moment and do the best you can, with what you have, when you can and where you are. The only thing that is certain, is that most things can be adjusted for and fixed - especially mistakes. The deal is, do not dwell on things you cannot affect. Focus on what you can make a difference at: making someone feel good about themselves, supporting someone, cleaning house, making decisions about things that have been put off and knowing that this too, shall pass. If the same things keep happening to you, try to discover what you might change. An abusive boss? Find a job at the next level and don't quit. Mean coworker? Avoid bringing up anything besides good morning and work related comments. Bad experiences in an outfit? Give it away. Car breaking down constantly? Sell it and take the bus until you can afford another. Can't get ahead? Stop spending on anything for a month and eat simply. Just do it.
