Only if they invite you to do so. No as a fact its not very nice. Its disrespectful to the person your doing it to. How would you feel if they did that to you?? You know if theres something you dont like you dont piss on them you just walk away.

It is certainly not at all funny to tell jokes about those with Down Syndrome and other special needs. How would you like it if people made fun of you for a medical condition that you can't help? People with Down Syndrome or other forms of mental retardation can be very loving, wonderful people and should be treated with as much respect as anyone else.
Why do people tease other people?
People usually tease other people because of their own insecurities. If you ever notice - especially in school year age people - when kids tease other kids, they tend to get a little group standing around cheering on the teaser - hence, the attention they get. It's wrong, but unfortunately it's human nature. People have to learn compassion and put themselves in the shoes of others and once they can do that, they won't tease anymore.

i have ethier severe or moderate anger management issuse witch iz bad my older sister took anger management issuse medication and it made it worse dont take medication im 13 and i dont take anything cuz all it do iz drug u up so that way you will be calm but wen its wears off its make it badder than its is its just like tylonal its drugs u up so u wont be in pain but it give u future problems like back joint nerve ect problems

If you have mental problems & want to avoid hurting others the 1st step is getting some professional help.Even this may not stop someone getting hurt.Ultimately if the person you love is being hurt the only definate way to make sure they dont get hurt is by leaving them or cutting all ties with that person.

usually around age 6 cause they are smarter then at least if they dont have mental problems they can but if they do its at least 8 when they have mental issues
What do people do to solve homework issue?
Some people dont do it, others copy other people, and some just get it done or ask the teacher about it. It really depends on the issue. Like if your lazy then some people wont do it. If you have to much to do then some people will copy others. All in all either to solve your problems just do the work or dont. Your life your choice, choose wisely. :P

They just dont use the brains that were provided to them. Some just cant handle more than one function at a time and others just dont have the emotional and mental ability to be mature to make a decision, of any type.
