why should a worker seek support of their supervisor if someone persists in display ageist attitudes
Attributes are characteristics or qualities that describe a person or object, such as size, color, or shape. Attitudes, on the other hand, refer to a person's feelings, beliefs, or evaluations towards something or someone, influencing their behavior and decision-making. In summary, attributes are objective descriptors, while attitudes are subjective opinions or feelings.
Persuasion is the act of influencing someone's beliefs, attitudes, or behaviors through communication. It involves presenting convincing arguments, supporting evidence, and reasoning to sway someone towards a particular viewpoint or course of action. Ultimately, the goal of persuasion is to change or reinforce someone's opinion or behavior.
"Plaint of personality" may be a typographical error. If you meant "pliant personality," this refers to someone who is easily influenced or adaptable in their behavior and attitudes. A pliant personality may be more open to suggestions and be willing to adjust to different situations or people.
Values are about how we have learned to think about how things ought to be, or people ought to behave, especially in terms of qualities such as honesty, integrity and openness, which when people are asked what their values are tend to be the main values. Attitudes are the established ways of responding to people and situations that we have learned based on the beliefs, values and assumptions we hold. How we respond to situations and our behavior can reflect our attitude. However, we can control our behavior in a way that does not reflect our beliefs and values, which in order to embrace a diverse culture and behaviors as a successful manager, we have to adapt our behavior in a positive manner.
Attitudes are easier to read when someone is speaking because more factors are being played out in person than in a written language. When someone is speaking you can hear their tone and inflections on certain words. You see their facial movement and expressions and even their body language can tell you how they are feeling. Compared to words that are written it is hard to distinguish the mood without these tells. For example: The phrase "I never said she stole my money" has 7 different meanings depending which word you stress. When reading it, that gives you the confusing job of trying to figure how exactly the person feels while writing it. As opposed to if someone was saying the phrase then you would know the first time what they meant because they would say it how they mean it.

The time someone has been asked to be a Supervisor is not tracked, so there is no way of knowing.
Hit the report abuse button or report them to a supervisor
to guard someone or something
Ignore it, if possible. Walk away. People that bully other people don't deserve even the time of day, so to speak. If it persists, tell a supervisor, teacher, adult, someone, but try not to engage the bully directly.
The difference between a coordinator and supervisor is slightly above a manager and is sometimes known as an administrative assistant. A supervisor deals with tasks and individuals. A coordinator can tell someone what they should do and a supervisor can tell someone what they should do.
A Supervisor, is someone with more experience, put in charge of someone else or a group of people, to make sure that things are done properly. A superior, is anyone who has a higher social standing than another. Someone who is more influential, more experienced or in control of more power. A supervisor is usually a superior, but a superior is not neccessarily a supervisor.
Pseudo.................means "pretend" "imitating" "false". So a pseudo supervisor is someone who pretends to be a supervisor ( and really has no clue how to do it). I've known several.
An operations supervisor is someone who directs the activities of a company's department. An operations supervisor can be from a job of any kind to everything from restaurants to retail jobs.
Report it to a supervisor. A supervisor can block those at that IP address from contributing anonymously.
There is allways someone to contact if your supervisor is not available. You have to find out who that is.
There is a direct relationship between attitudes and behavior. Attitudes are how someone feels about something and behavior is how they act on those feelings.
