3. They could mean this in terms of attitude. Having a nasty attitude means being an unpleasant or difficult person and not having nice things to say.
4. They could mean this sexually if you have multiple partners or are in an unpopular type of relationship. It could be their own prejudices at work here, since they may consider gay or interracial relationships to be nasty. It doesn't mean that such things are, just that it is their perception.
