Twinings Tea, which has remained unchanged from about 1770, is possibly the oldest corporate logo in the English speaking world. There are dozens of 19th century logos still in essentially their original forms. The current Ford logo evolved from a 1912 design.

Certainly not Champagne, if that's what this is supposed to mean. Champagne is not a logo, merely a Dénomination d'Origine Controlée (DOC) which can be used by any sparkling wine producer in that part of France using the region's traditional production method.

The familiar blue & white Ford logo is a relative newcomer, having been introduced in 1928. In contrast, Mitsubishi's logo came out almost 60 years earlier, in 1870.

This all refers to corporate logos. Arguably, the use of an image for identification purposes can be traced back to the totems of prehistoric tribes, particularly when a stylized version of the totem was tattooed on a highly visible part of the body. I guess you could call that a logo.
