Some good places to try are out-of-Print book shops, eBay, or talking to the publisher who originally printed it. Sometimes they can tell you if any books are still around. ... I just looked for that title in some out of print search engines and couldn't find it at all though, so if you know the author or publisher that might help you in your search.
I would recommend a book store.
