The Catholic view on bi-sexuality is the same as homosexuality. The church sees absolutly nothing wrong in the emotional attachment or the commitment between 'non-traditional' couples. The church gets involved in marriage and actual physical actions between the people. Marriage is dfined as a reiliogous bond between two people a man and a woman. So the church is against 'gay' marriage. Also the actual physical expression of the relationship is against church teachings. Also, not to sound like a critic but sodomy is illegal, though, maybe rightfully, not enforced.

So to answer your question no to some degree, and yes in another.

The Catholic hierarchy, not Catholics, is against being sexual, even married couples experiencing sexual pleasure while copulating with a view of procreating!
