Yes. There are groups like the ones called "skinheads" that target people like Jews and do things to hurt them in whatever way they can. I don't know how much prejudice Jews experience now from the average non-Jew, but the existence of groups like the "skinheads" or Aryan groups is bad enough. There are also groups that teach that the Holocaust is a lie and never happened. That is a form of discrimination or persecution, too, I think. Most survivors of those days are now deceased, but many Jews know that they had relatives who died horrible deaths in the Holocaust, and it hurts them to hear people say it never even happened.

Yes there is a lot of persecution going on today around the world and even in places such as the US, Canada, and Europe. The main difference between countries is the form the persecution takes.

In the US, labour laws in some states are set up so that Jews are threatened with job loss when they try to get days off for key religious holidays. Recently, in San Francisco, there was an attempt to ban male circumcision of males 18 years old and under, one of the key instigators of this attempt wrote a comic book depicting Jews as evil monsters attempting to mutilate babies.

In the US, Canada, and Europe, Jewish university students have been verbally abused and physically intimidated over the issue of Israel if they express any support for the country. This abuse includes calls for killing Jews and in some instances, students have had to barricade themselves in locked rooms to avoid physical harm.

Another form of persecution is the targetting of stores carrying items made in Israel. This includes picketing and even people going into stores to destroy goods.

The more extreme forms of persecution can mainly be seen in Muslim countries, the majority of which don't allow entry to Israelis and even people from other countries who have Israeli visas in their passports never mind that Jews are not allowed to live in these countries or own properties or businesses.
