Perhaps in Christian belief. In Judaism, however, there is no such concept. See:Why didn't the Jews believe in Jesus? What do Jews believe about God?
When questioned before the Sanhedrin, Jesus was falsely accused of blasphemy, not because of claiming to be ‘God the Son,’ but because of claiming to be the ‘Messiah, the Son of the living God.’ (Matt. 26:63-68; Luke 22:66-71) Also, on an earlier occasion, certain Jews got the idea that Jesus was making himself equal to God and wanted to kill him as a blasphemer. Some Jews are Christians but most are not. It is because Christians believe that Jesus is the son of God, the Messiah, who died as the lamb of God, a sacrifice for all who believe. Jews do not believe this.
It seems to me that the only people that were suspicious of Jesus were the ruling Jews, the Pharisees and Sadducees, because they thought that Jesus made himself equal with God: Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God. (John 5.18)
Christianity was founded because God sent Jesus to save his chosen people (the Jews).
yes both of them were Jews and feared God so God chose this family to have Jesus.
"Because he made himself the Son of God." - as the scripture says: The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God. (John 19.7)
Christians do not worship Jesus. They worship God.
The Pharisees didn't like Jesus because he did things differently to them. They also got jealous that the Jews listened to him more than them. They used heaps of lies and bribing to get Jesus put to death.
Christian answerThe Jews had been yearning for a Messiah who can bring relief from the Roman yoke. Many believe Jesus of Nazareth to be that long-awaited Savior. Jewish answerWe cannot and do not believe that Jesus is god or the son of God.. Such a belief is forbidden in Judaism.
