This is a matter of disagreement amongst Christians. Most Protestants would say that Mary had other children after giving birth to Jesus. The Gospel does refer to 'brothers and sisters' of Jesus. Catholics, Orthodox and Coptic Christians say that Mary had no other children apart from Jesus. They point out that Aramaic word for brother also means cousin.
