As far as Christians are concerned, there's no problem. But if you assert that Jesus is their King to the followers of different religion, then there's a big problem and may escalate to a Holy War and inquisitions.

Jesus wasn't really a leader of Israel. He had the right heritage to be the King of Israel but He was rejected by the nation of Israel.

Jesus did not actually meet any kings, except in Luke's Gospel where the account of the trial differs significantly from the other gospels. In this Gospel, Jesus was sent by Pontius Pilate to Herod Antipas, king of Galilee, for judgement.

The argument for Jesus being the Son of God is that the Bible says so. If there is any doubt as to the reliability of the Bible, then there is no support for the argument that Jesus is the Son of God.
There is no story in the Gospels of any Arabian king giving anything to Our Lord Jesus.
It is possible for Him to sin at any given time, however, being Jesus, he chooses not to.
