As a student can you use binders with bible verses on them in public schools?

Opinion: It may depend where the school is. Some schools in certain countries do not permit any public display of Biblical material. You may even be persecuted for such an act. In most areas, an individual student would be permitted to decorate their folders as they wish within the law. There is a difference between a school providing or sponsoring Biblical material and an individual's personal property. If verses on the latter were to be prohibited, it would raise some questions of individual rights. It would be wisest to check with the individual school.
