Biblical meaning of judgment of man?

I Corinthians 4:3 “But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.”

When translated word-for-word, the word “judgment” is the word “day.” From God's viewpoint, the age of Grace in which we live is very brief. Today, man passes judgment and sentences; he directs the policy. Man does sit in judgment, but only for a brief period.
