Can Mormom men wear short pants?

Yes. Both men and women who are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) can and do wear shorts. The Church's standards of modesty suggest that shorts and skirts should reach to the top of the knee, no higher.

I have been a Mormon in the suburbs of Salt Lake City for over 26 years, and have seen many women wear nice dressy slacks/pants to church. It certainly isn't common, but I do see it. I have known a handful of Mormon women who wear pants to church every week, and others who do only occassionally.
