A man asked Jesus what must I do to get everlasting life, Jesus said to love his father in a complette way and your neighbor as yourself. The man said in a beggerly manor who realy is my neighbor? Jesus tells him the story of the good samariton and how a Jew was beaten and left for dead 2 other Jews pass by and walk on the other side of the road, but the samariton who had no obligation to help as the Jews did helped in a very complete way. Jesus asked the man which one proved to be a neighbor, the man anwsered the samariton Jesus said go and do the same. No command just a priciple to guide the life of anyone trying to be like Jesus.
