Another answer from our community:
No, you can't.
Muslims believe that doing good or being good should be accompanied by faith in God the Creator and accompanied by belief in His oneness without partner whoever or whatever. You may be rewarded in this life for doing good or for being good but you will not rewarded for that goodness and for doing good in the Day of Judgment, in front of God the Creator, unless being faithful to him and unless you believe in God and in His oneness.
Answer
If you are speaking of being good without the God of The Bible, the God of Abraham, Issac, & Jacob, then the answer would be no, the Bible itself states that there are none rightious, no not one. As well as saying that our rightiousness is as of filthy rags. so we are sinfull man until we are washed and cleansed by the Blood of Jesus. We are saved by grave, through faith in Christ Jesus.
Monotheism; Christianity is the prominent example of a faith that believes is an almighty Creator God.
Because He is the Creator of everything. That is one of the main beliefs of God and that is why it is important in the Nicene Creed, to make the firm declaration of the Christian faith of the belief of God as Creator of all
No!!!! God is the creator!!! It takes more faith to trust that we came from animals, than it does to trust God!!! Turn to God!!
On the contrary, members of the Baha'i Faith DO believe in God. The Baha'i Faith is the newest (1863) of the world's monotheistic religions, believing in one universal Creator. The Creator has been known by many names and each language has its own word for God: Gott, Dios, Allah, etc.
Catholics profess faith in a Triune God - that means three Persons in one God. God is Father/Creator, Son/Redeemer and Spirit/Sanctifier.
No. God is the Creator and Ruler of all. He is spirit, without bones and flesh.
Yes, given that a greater deal of faith must be applied to believe spontaneous generation of material/big bang is possible without a creator. Occam's razor would argue for the existence of God.
The Baha'i Faith is monotheistic, believing that the only deity is God, the Creator of all.
Evolutionary theory really has nothing to do with believing or not believing in a god or gods.It also has nothing to do with "faith" - "faith" in a religious context means to believe something with or without evidence; however, there is lots of good evidence for evolution.
Evolution doesn't have to be compatible with Faith. Evolution is a fact. It happened. A person can believe in God while also understanding that evolution is a very real scientific process.
According to my faith, Christianity, and the Jewish faith, there is only One God. God the Father, creator of all things. There are many people that have lived before and some that live now that think they are god or a god but my religion tells me that there is only one God. That is what I believe.
God is important to Christians because He is the base of out faith. Without Him we fall and our faith no longer has a purpose. The Trinity is God so it is important to Christians. You have, God the Father; He is our creator or master. Then you have Jesus Christ; our Savior, Messiah, Redeemer. He died for man, without His sacrifice our faith would be nothing and in vain. Then you have the Holy Spirit. He lives in those who have accepted Chirst, not in a wierd, "I am God too!" way but in an, "I am here with you always way." The Holy Spirit is our guide and our conscience. None of the three are more important than the other. They all serve their own purpose without which we would be nothing.
