My planned Scriptural charge to the ordination candidate is as follows.

1) Speak the WORD of God

- Hebrews13:7 "...who spoke the word of God to you." 2 Timothy 4:2 "Preach the word" 1 Peter 4:10,11 "...as one speaking the very words of God

2) Serve the SON of God

- Hebrews 13:7b,8 "....the outcome of their way of life.....their faith..." The outcome of the way of life of godly leaders is Christlikeness. The outcome of their faith is the same. Paul writes "Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ."

3) Shepherd the FLOCK of God

- Acts 20:28 "Keep watch over yourselves and all the flock..... " "Be shepherds of the church of God...." I Peter 5:2 "Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care..."

How do you get a license to preach southern baptist?

You generally present yourself to your local church as answering a call to the ministry. It is then up to the church to vote if they agree that your calling is valid. Not the same as being ordained. To determine if you are a candidate for LASIK eye surgery you will need to have a screening exam which can be done at minimal or no charge in most locations. If you can see well with glasses or contacts and are in general healthy you will probably be a candidate for LASIK.

How do you neutralize an electric charge?

To neutralize an electric charge, you can add an equal amount of opposite charge. For example, if something has a positive charge, you can neutralize it by adding negative charge until the total charge is zero. This can be achieved through mechanisms like grounding or using materials that can accept or donate electrons.

How to form a complex?

A complex is made up of a central metal atom/ion surrounded by negatively charged ions or neutral molecules possessing a lone pair of electrons (ligands). A complex may be charged or uncharged, if it is charged it is called a complex ion, for example [Fe(H2O)6]3+. The overall charge is the sum of the charge on the central metal ion and the charges on the ligands. A simple way of looking at the bonding in a complex, is looking at the bonds as being co-ordinating bonds from the ligands (i.e. the ligands give up their pair of electrons to form a dative bond). The co-ordination number is the number of co-ordinating (dative) bonds to the central metal ion; the most common co-ordination numbers are 6 and 4. The shape of the complex is determined by the co-ordination number: Most complexes form the shapes above; however, there are some exceptions, for example in the [Cu(H2O)6]2+ Ion, four of the water ligands are held more strongly than the other two; this results in a distorted tetrahedral shape.
