Once a person dies on earth their destination is sealed. Either you believe what God has said about His Son Jesus Christ and accept Him as your personal Savior, or you do not believe what God has said about His Son, Jesus Christ and go to the place of eternal punishment. Once you are in hell you will never leave.

It depends on your view. I'm going to assume basic Christian Doctrine, because non-cannon books and other various religious teachings can make it confusing

Is Heaven a circumscribed place or something else?

If it is circumscribed place then it is possible to leave, though the repercussions could be dire.

Or you could look at it like it is written in Dr. Faustus (a famous British Play) when Faustus summons Mephistopheles. I plan to basically summarize the event, not quote so people might look for themselves it is a good play

Faustus: speak spirit of hell!

Mephistopheles: I am damned there for eternity.

Faustus: If you are damned there how are you able to answer my summon?

Mephistopheles: Hell is where ever I am, for how can one who has known God's glory and been cast out be anywhere but hell.

In this instance Heaven is seen as a connection and can therefore transcend space, time, etc... In summary heaven would be anywhere you are as long as you can feel God's glory.
