Theoritically, yes. However, you would be much like people in a coma as you would not be able to feel, see, smell, hear or taste. Your organs would still be functioning, your brain would still be active and you would be able to walk therefore you would be very much alive but you would not be able to acknowledge the world you live in and it would be very, very lonely. If someone was born like this, it would be extremely difficult as they would be incapable of learning, because this is what you use your senses for.
