Can you pray to win the lottery?

Anyone can pray to win the lottery, but have that prayer answered is a different matter! God gives one means to obtain wealth when he is born. These are your brain and a body. Many people are not blessed with full capacity of these, but many of these people have gained financially despite their handicaps. Deuteronomy 8:18: "But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth" This power is not the ability to guess the right numbers in the lottery, but the ability to work.
