Can you remarry in the Episcopal church?

In most baptist churches people can remarry after being divorced. Each church is governed by its congregation and can make this decision themselves but it is usually not a problem. The only divorce question I have known about in the baptist church is becoming a deacon.

The Catholic Church would presume that the original marriage was valid and the person would have to go through an annulment process to determine if the marriage was not actually valid from the beginning. In the eyes of God and the Church, the marriage bond is not dissolved by divorce, so before a person is free to attempt marriage, it would first need to be determined that the first attempt was invalid.

Presuming the annulment is granted, if this person is a Catholic, he/she is still bound to observed the Catholic form of marriage. In order to be married outside the Catholic Church, he/she would need to get a dispensation from form. Otherwise, the second marriage would be considered invalid.
