In the story of Adam and Eve, after they ate the forbidden fruit, Genesis 3:8 says, "And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden."
Some of the early Christian Gnostics believed that this "Lord God" was Jesus, since The Bible elsewhere says that no one could look at God and live. This belief has not entirely died out, and some do say that it was really Jesus who walked in the garden in the cool of the day.
Two people walked with Jesus to Emmaeus. One of them was Cleopas. The other is unnamed, but could have been either his wife Mary or the disciple Peter.
A:The Book of Genesis says that Adam and Eve were naked but not ashamed. We could therefore expect that God must also have been naked when he walked in the garden in the cool of the day. There would have been no possible reason for him to be clothed.
yes
If Mary and Jesus had a hidden life, how could be know what it was? It would have been hidden.
He could have been 32 years or more.
The bible makes it clear (Matthew 1:18-24) that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and that Mary was a virgin and had not known a man. Jesus was the Son of God, and so Joseph could not have been the father of Jesus.
The garden tomb is the place where Jesus' body was laid - and from which He returned to life three days later. It was carved into the rock, as was common in those days, had never been used before, and belonged to Joseph of Arimathea.
I've heard estimates of Jesus' birth date to be in August or April...
Christian scholars believe Jesus was born in Bethlehem.
Considering, that Herod is the evil King who wanted Baby Jesus killed, it is then unlikely that they could have been friends.
No there is no proof that god & jesus were real jesus could have been some random male or female
No. If he had been, he would not have been traveling around with Jesus and the other desciples. Of course, Jesus could have cured him if he had had leprosy, but it would certainly be mentioned in the Holy Bible. It is not mentioned.
