Who was the first to die?

Well, not many people know the answer for sure. But Adam and Eve were the people on Earth and their sons were Cain and Abel. Cain killed Abel becasue he was jealous. So I would probably guess that Abel was the first to die.

Did Cain treat Abel well?

The bible does not tell us of the early lives of Cain and Abel. We do not know what was in Cain's heart, but we do know that the time came when Cain was very angry with Abel and murdered him in a field. Perhaps this animosity had been in his heart for some time, and perhaps not.

Who were cain and abels sons?

Cain and Abel were the first two sons of Adam and Eve. There were no other people on the face of the earth at that time. Cain murdered Abel and then fled to Nod. The only logical explanation for Cain's wife is that Adam and Eve had sons (Seth) and later daughters, and Cain married one of his sisters. Cain had a son by the name of Enoch (Genesis 4:16-18).

What do you know about the first murder?

The first murder was committed when Cain slew Abel in the book of Genesis. What the Bible tells us is Cain was jealous over his brother's sacrafice pleased God while Cain's did not. People have killed for much less. The Bible tells us God asked Cain the whereabouts of Abel and Cain answered 'Am I my brother's keeper?' But Abel's blood cried out to God from the Earth where it was spilled. God exiled Cain to the land of Nod.

What was the world's first murder?

When Cain killed Abel. For Christians, who believe that Adam and Eve were the first creations and that all life began with them, the first murder was as previously stated Cain killing his brother Abel because he was jealous that God had accepted Abel's offering of a meat sacrifice and not his own of fruits and vegetables.

Where was the biblical figure Abel born did he marry have kids your son is writing a 2 page Biography about Abel and would like to find interesting or relevant facts about him?

We have precious little information on Abel. All we know from scripture is that Abel was born after Cain. However, we do not know the location of his birth. We do know that Adam and Eve were no longer allowed access to Eden, so Abel couldn't have been born there. We know that Abel kept watch over sheep and that he sacrificed the from the best of his herd and offered the fat parts to God in offering. We know that God was satisfied with Abel's sacrifice and was not satisfied with Cain's sacrifice. Finally, we know that Cain murdered Abel. That's it as far as I know with regard to his story. There are other references to Abel in scripture, even from Christ. Scripture also refers to a physical place that included the name Abel, probably in reference to the Abel of Genesis. Scripture says nothing about Abel ever marrying or having children, as far as I know. Both Cain and Abel are said to have been conceived and born after man's fall, so they did not have the privilege of seeing Eden in its glory. However, because of God's conversation with Cain after the murder, we see that God apparently still interacted directly with at least some men. We see nothing is scripture that indicated Cain was surprised to hear from God, so it had most probably happened before.

Who are the parents of Cain and Abel?

A:Biblical rivalry between Cain and Abel begins with their birth. In Genesis 4:1, Eve exults over the birth of Cain, but Abel is merely introduced as Cain's brother, with no relationship to his mother. They both make sacrifices to God, but Cain only gives grain, while Abel sacrificed a young lamb, for which God could not hide his pleasure. This made Cain angry and God, rather than placating and encouraging him, scolded Cain for showing his feelings. Later, when they were in the fields, Cain rose up against Abel and killed him. God somehow knew that Cain had murdered his brother and declared him henceforth a fugitive. Although the Bible makes it clear that until now there was no one else in the world other than Adam and Eve, his parents, Cain feared that everyone would want to kill him for what he had done, so God set a mark on Cain so that all who met him would not kill him.Asaph Sagiv believes that there is an Egyptian antecedent to the story of Cain and Abel. He suggests that the Cain and Abel story represents a biblical countermyth to the Egyptian story of Osiris and his brother Seth, although in the biblical case, Seth is not born until after the death of Abel.A:1And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD. 2And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. 3And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering to the LORD. 4And Abel also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering: 5But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell. 6And the LORD said unto Cain, Why are you wroth? and why is your countenance fallen? 7If you do well, shall you not be accepted? and if you do not well, sin lies at the door. And to you shall be his desire, and you shall rule over him. 8And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him. 9And the LORD said to Cain, Where is Abel your brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper? 10And he said, What have you done? the voice of your brother's blood cries to me from the ground. 11And now are you cursed from the earth, which has opened her mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand; 12When you till the ground, it shall not henceforth yield to you her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shall you be in the earth. 13And Cain said to the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear. 14Behold,you have driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from your face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that finds me shall slay me. 15And the LORD said to him, Therefore whoever slays Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.See Genesis ch.4.
