Did God forgive Adam and Eve?

he doesn't show forgiveness to them but he does have mercy on them. he curses the ground instead of adam and gives eve and her descendants power over the snake who tricked her. however god sticks with his word and adam and eve both die (although not right away). he also offers a redeemer to come through the human lineage to restore the humans to god.

The biblical account doesn't say that they ever asked for forgiveness.

They reacted to their disobedience to God's laws the way most people do... they refused to be responsible for their actions and tried to blame someone else.

Adam blamed his wife, to be sure... but went even further to implicate God in the crime: "...The woman YOU PUT HERE WITH ME -- SHE gave me some of the fruit from the tree..." (Gen.3:12 NIV).

Eve blamed the Devil: "...The serpent deceived me, and I ate." (verse 13)

Satan knew he was guilty... couldn't have cared less... and was probably delighted with himself.

But the account doesn't mention anything about Adam or Eve "repenting" for their disobedience to their Creator... or asking for His forgiveness.

Yes, he kicked them out of the garden in punishment for disobeying him and condemned them in some other ways but his love remained stead fast.

no he didn't, he banished them from the garden of Eden and tells the man he will have pain when he works ad the women will have pain when she gives birth.
