Biblically when Jesus brought deceased persons back from the dead, it was not "resurrection." The term The Bible uses is "raising the dead". In Christian theology there is a difference between the concept of resurrection and raising the dead. For example, Jesus' friend Lazarus died. This was full bodily death. It it implies he even had begun to decompose. Although the Bible doesn't provide a scientific explanation, the act Jesus performed is better categorized as "reanimation" of dead and decomposing tissue into healthy living tissue.
As for whether or not these people died again, the answer is most certainly they did die. Although no such death dates are provided in the Bible, there is nothing that implies they were given eternal life in their reanimated bodies.
Resurrection is an entirely different thing. When Jesus will resurrect the believers, their spirits will be placed into new bodies that are immortal, and can thus never die.
